Adopted! This must be one of Justin Wilson's recipes, the Cajun Cook from PBS. I love his food and this is really a tasty sauce. I'm not a big fan of steak sauce, but A1 is great in this recipe. Like the tang of it...

  1. Saute onions and bell pepper in olive oil.
  2. Add garlic, wine and the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Bring to a boil.
  4. Cover, then cook over a low fire for at least 2 hours.
  5. Use on finished barbecue, NOT AS A BASTING SAUCE.
