This mega huge recipe came from DH's sister. It makes 11 cups, so I freeze it in pint size containers. We love catsup so we love this recipe!
- 64 ounces catsup
- 1⁄2 cup vinegar
- 1⁄8 cup yellow mustard
- 1⁄8 cup onion salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 32 ounces brown sugar
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons red pepper flakes
- Mix well.
- Do not cook.
- Freeze and label in small containers.
Ketchup, brown sugar and mustard?? I can still taste the corn syrup; this was too sweet for me.
Very tasty. I don't have extra freezer room at the moment, so just made enough for a rack of ribs. Nice flavor. Made for holiday tag.
