This is one that I kinda came up with from just experimenting with different things. It is my favorite.
- 1 quart Bulls Eye bold barbecue sauce (or whatever you like.)
- 4 ounces brown sugar
- 6 ounces pineapple juice
- 1⁄4 cup red onion
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- parsley flakes (for color)
- Mix all ingredients together and simmer on low for about 10 minutes.
- Make sure to stir frequently so the sauce does not burn.
