For all the 5-star reviews this rub got, I was expecting it to be outstanding, but it was just okay. It made enough rub to cover the whole chicken, and smelled absolutely delicious while cooking, but it just didn't have enough salt in it, and I don't think the brown sugar in it complimented the chicken very well. It was definitely the best smelling chicken I've ever cooked though! :) Thanks!people found this review Helpful. You can only vote others' reviews helpful or not helpful... Outstanding! Used it on our beer can chicken and it made a delicious, cruncy crust. Will definately make again and use on other items. Thanks.people found this review Helpful.
