I made half a recipe for a steak of near 2 lbs. And I used 1 garlic clove. The steak was in the marinade for only 4 hours but it was tender. We really liked the taste it gave to the steak. Thanks Jackie :) Made for Holiday tag game

  1. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Excellent for steaks, roasts, vegetable kabobs and hamburgers. Marinade may be stored in freezer for re-use.
