These were fabulous! And SO EASY! The skewer kept them nice and flat and they tasted wonderful. This method will be repeated; no other way to even bother with for cooking lobster tails. Thanks for posting this recipe. I will use this again whenever we have lobster.

Nothing could be more palate-pleasing or easier-to-fix than this recipe served w/the classic lemon butter - or more-guaranteed to be a success. I loved the simplicity of this recipe. This along with steak, bacon wrapped green beans, and couscous, was our New Years Eve feast. We followed the directions exactly, and were rewarded with nice, moist & very flavorful lobster tails. I wouldn't change a thing about the recipe. Thanks so much for posting it.
