- 1⁄4 cup salad oil
- 1⁄4 cup vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 dash garlic salt
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons minced onions
- Mix all ingredients and pour over beef. Let marinate for several hours at room temperature.
It was a good marinade. The steak was in it for all day. Maybe it was a bit too much vinegar. Or maybe it would be great with a touch of balsamic vinegar. Thanks Jackie :) Made for the Australian Recipe Swap for July 2012
