Wow, I forgot all about this recipe, my family used to make it all the time when I was little, the only addition we had was we threw a bell pepper and an whole onion that had been peeled. When the it was done cooking, we just pulled out the pepper and the onion and shredded up the meat. DELICIOUS! Thanks for the reminder!
- 4 cups cooked roast pork
- 1 (8 ounce) bottle barbecue sauce

- Cook roast together with barbecue sauce until it falls apart.
- Serve on bread or buns for sandwiches or make into burritos, tacos, etc.
- To freeze: either flash freeze individual plops or in meal size portions in Ziploc bags or freezer containers. Heat and serve!
