Wow, I forgot all about this recipe, my family used to make it all the time when I was little, the only addition we had was we threw a bell pepper and an whole onion that had been peeled. When the it was done cooking, we just pulled out the pepper and the onion and shredded up the meat. DELICIOUS! Thanks for the reminder!

i used to make this dish all the time and plan to make it in my OAMC recipes in the future... always get TONS of rave reviews around here! so easy, so tasty!
