Barbecue Meatballs

ingredients

• barbecue meatball

• 1 (13 ounce) can evaporated milk
• 3 lbs hamburger
• 2 cups quick oatmeal
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup chopped onion
• 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic powder
• 2 teaspoons chili powder
• 2 teaspoons salt

• Sauce

• 2 cups ketchup
• 1 1⁄2 cups brown sugar
• 2 teaspoons liquid smoke
• 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1⁄2 cup chopped onion

directions

1. Mix meatball ingredients and shape into balls.
2. Place in a 13x9 (or whatever size you have) casserole pan.
3. Mix ingredients for sauce together and pour over meatballs.
4. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
