I made this a second time and used it on Lamb for kebobs - excellent- Let the mamb marinaste for 4 hour in the fridge Then skewered the lamb and BBQ'd for 12 minutes. I have posted pics of the lamb but should have taken one of the marinade too sorry First time A taste treat! I let it rest in the fridge overnight and then for 2 hours at room temperature.
