This came from Grilled Chicken Breast Recipes. I haven't tried this, posting for safe keeping.
- 4 chicken breast fillets
- 1⁄3 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1⁄4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 tablespoons grated fresh ginger
- Marinade: In a large bowl, combine all ingredients (except chicken) until mixed well. Add chicken fillets to bowl and until well coated. Cover and chill in refrigerator for 3 hours to overnight. Set aside marinade.
- Place chicken on oiled grill plate and barbecue for approximately 5 minutes each side or until done, basting occasionally with the marinade.
