      These were wonderful! What an easy fabulous recipe...I covered mine as they cooked so they would not dry out and they turned out fabulous...I also used low carb ketchup and sugar free honey....

      GREAT GREAT GREAT. DH said "are these pork? I hate pork, these ribs are great!!!" I'm not kidding! Made them exactly as listed. They were awesome and we are looking forward to leftovers tomorrow. MizzNezz saves the day again!

      This was a real treat! I cut the recipe back to 4 boneless chunks, cooked them slow for apprx 1 hour, added a bit of water (2 oz) and finished them in about 10 minutes. Served up with Ginger squash & steamed broccili. Great flavor thanks Mizz Nezz for posting!
