ingredients

  • 1 packet digestive biscuit
  • cream, for whipping
  • 12 lb butter
  • banana
  • chocolate, flake
  • 1 can of caramel condensed milk

directions

  • crumble biscuit add butter in saucepan mix when cool line pie dish with biscuit mix put in fridge put tin of condensed milk in to pie dish slice bananas on top then whipped cream then choc flake just yummy.

  1. I've tried the banoffie pie a couple of times but it's best if the condensed milk is placed in boiling water for at least 2 hours, always making sure that the pan has not boiled dry, so that the milk is caramelised, otherwise the method is the same

  3. Not a true Banoffie - where is the Toffie element! This is just a condensed milk, banana and cream cake!!
