A recipe from Nestle Limited Australia. Cooking time inlcudes refrigeration time also.
- 1 can Nestle sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons golden syrup
- 30 g butter
- 1 banana, sliced
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 18 cm prepared pastry flan
- whipped cream, for decoration
- Combine NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk, golden syrup and butter in a pan.
- Bring to the boil stirring continuously.
- Stir over medium heat until mixture is golden (approximately 7 minutes).
- Combine banana and lemon juice, place in pastry flan.
- Spread caramel mixture evenly over banana, refrigerate.
- Decorate with whipped cream.
