Yum, I had some leftover toffee ice-cream in the freezer so decided to use it for this, very rich & delicious, I got a small taste but my daughter wouldn't share once she had tried it, devoured by her in a matter of seconds. Thanks!

This was made for ZWT 2007. I had difficulty in my rinky dink town finding toffee ice cream, so I ended up with Ben & Jerry's Coffee Heath Crunch Ice Cream. I figured it had toffee in it. But it was good, and I'm sure I'll make it again, maybe using a different ice cream. It's easy to make and really delicious as a cool and quick desert. Thanks!
