  • Cube the boiled beets.
  • Cube tomatoes and cucumber.
  • Finely mince garlic, combine with yoghurt and salt to taste.
  • Combine yoghurt dressing with vegetables and chill for one hour before serving.

  1. This was very easy to make, and quite tasty. I felt it was missing something, though, to sharpen up the flavour. Perhaps extra garlic, or maybe a tiny bit of red wine vinegar. The base is excellent, so it wouldn't take much to make this dish an excellent salad. Thanks Mia. Made for PAC Fall 2012.
