  1. Heat oil.
  2. Add onion and garlic; add green pepper when onion starts to soften.
  3. Add sweet potato, peeled and chopped.
  4. When onion begins to brown, "bang in" cans of beans/tomatos and spices.
  5. Heat until cooked; add water or broth or tomato paste as needed.
