This is a dish made with bananas, cocoa powder, shredded coconut, and a little honey. It is a delicious light, but sweet dessert.

  1. The banana needs to be smashed so that it is still in small chunks, but very broken down. Put it in a bowl, add the ingredients and mix together.

Interesting...I used cocoa as in hot cocoa mix, because I was pretty sure this wasn't calling for baking coacoa. Seems like that would have been bitter even with the honey. This was different, but not too bad.

This was pretty good! It was a bit to sweet for me, so I wouldn't recommend it for breakfast, more like a dessert! I also outlined the edges of my bowl with honey and then I rolled the it in coconut for a pretty presenation! Thanks for the recipe Avelina!
