I'm a wee confuzzled because the title says coconut cream but the ingredients/directions say coconut milk. I used coconut cream (is this different from cream of coconut?) and omitted the added sugar. Absolutely delicious! I halved the recipe for a quick afternoon snack. Made for ZWT9 Family Picks, Mike & the Appliance Killers.

  1. Heat the coconut milk in a small saucepan and add the sugar and salt. Bring to a boil. Lower the heat and simmer for 2 minutes.
  2. Remove from the heat and stir in the banana slices. Bring back to a boil for a few seconds to coat the bananas. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
