A great dessert for company


  1. Slice the bananas in half and then lengthwise.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter with the brown sugar.
  3. Add the bananas to the mixture and poke a few holes in them with a fork.
  4. Turn only once and add the liquor.
  5. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
