Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 14 tablespoons low-sodium margarine or 1 14 tablespoons sodium-free margarine
  • 34 tablespoon light brown sugar
  • 18 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 116 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 2 bananas, sliced 1/4 inch thick
  • 1 kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced 1/4 inch thick
  • 12 medium peaches or 12 medium nectarines, pitted and sliced 1/4 inch thick or 14 cup canned juice-pack sugar-free sliced peach, drained
  • 34 tablespoon dark rum or 14 teaspoon rum extract
  • 14 cup brandy (optional)
  • 1 14 cups fat-free frozen yogurt or 1 14 cups low-fat vanilla frozen yogurt or 1 14 cups ice milk

Directions

  1. In a medium skillet over medium heat, melt margarine.
  2. Stir in brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  3. Cook and stir for 3 to 5 minutes, or until sugar melts.
  4. Add bananas, kiwifruit, and peach.
  5. Cook, stirring gently, for about 1 minute or until heated through.
  6. Stir in rum.
  7. Cook, stirring gently, for 1 minute.
  8. Impress your guests.
  9. Light brandy with match, pour flaming brandy over fruit.
  10. Serve warm, topped with frozen yogurt.
