Bananas and Milk

"When I was a child my Mom would get me to eat bananas for breakfast by slicing them up and pouring milk over them in a bowl. She also dusted them with sugar."

  • Peel bananas and remove from peels.
  • Slice in 1/4" bite sized slices.
  • Place banana slices in a cereal sized bowl.
  • Pour milk on top and sprinkle bananas with sugar.
  • Enjoy!

  2. I grew up with this also and have been enjoying it for over 60 years now. It was dessert at our house but I now enjoy it for breakfast or an evening snack. I never tire of it. We always sprinkled a little white sugar on it. Mmmm mmmm good
     
  3. My grandma told me to make these once I was 7 or 8 now im some years older I still love them and thats why I keep making them I hope more people find this recipe because its easy and delicious!
     
  4. Loved this as a kid and still do now! Try sprinkling just a bit of nutmeg and a splash of vanilla in the milk, makes it even better!
