- 1 small ripe banana
- 1⁄2 cup blueberries
- 1⁄2 cup rolled oats (quick cook or old fashioned)
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1⁄2 cup low-fat strawberry yogurt
directions
- Throw all ingredients in the blender.
- Blend on mix/chop for 30 seconds, then turn up to puree and leave it on an additional 30 to 60 seconds until the banana is smooth!
