    Banana Zucchini Spelt Bread With Rainier Cherries

    Ingredients:

    Directions:

      Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    2. 2
      Mix together flours, oats, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt.
    3. 3
      In another bowl beat 4 eggs.
    4. 4
      Add the sugar, oil, applesauce, vanilla, and mashed banana to the eggs.

      Combine the west and dry mixtures.
    6. 6
      Stir untill combined.
    7. 7
      Fold in zucchini and stir in rainier cherries.

      Pour into two 2 greased loaf pans.

      Back untill golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean. Approx 45 minutes.
