  1. Beat the egg yolks until thickened.
  2. Add the milk and melted butter into yolks.
  3. Beat egg whites until stiff and set aside.
  4. Mix together the dry ingredients then add them to the yolk mixture.
  5. Add the beaten egg whites into the yolk mixture.
  6. Gentle stir in the bananas.
  7. Pour into a hot waffle iron.
  8. Bake for 3 minutes.

I made this for breakfast today it was very good. Great way to use up those bananas that are going off. I used half wheat flour and half ap. and mashed my bananas. Thanks for posting Mimi
