Delicious! Some of my volunteer group get together after hockey games for dessert & coffee. I served this last week to rave reviews! At the last minute, I realized I hadn't yet replaced my rusty pizza pan so I made this in a 13X9 pan & it worked great. I doubled the caramel topping to make it extra gooey.

this was surprisingly delicious, and looked great too. i usually don't use prepackaged food, so i did make my own whipped cream instead of using cool whip, but i did buy the cookie dough, which was very easy to work with. my family loved the idea of dessert pizza. it sliced really well, and really tasted good. i didn't have candy bars so i sprinkled some skor bits and mini chocolate chips on top. i will be making this again.

I live in TN with a husband, 9 year old, 6 year old, and our two dogs. I'm a busy mom who loves to cook for family and friends. We have two boys, and they are the light of my life! My husband is a restaurant manager. We actually met while working together at Bob Evans in another city. He was one cute grill cook!! Now he is one cute manager, and I am so proud of him! He currently works for El Chico, and he is very happy there.
I am a stay at home mom who sometimes does temp work, which is a big change from corporate America. We'll see how that goes. Now that I have some more time, I plan to get back to the kind of cooking I used to do. You know...with pots and pans instead of a take out menu. I love to crochet, garden and hike with the family. Thanks in advance for any reviews you do of my recipes. :)
