Now here's a dream come true, banana split in a glass. Recipe given to me by a friend who drinks creme de noyaux like water ;)
- 1⁄3 ounce banana liqueur
- 1⁄3 ounce creme de noyaux
- 1⁄3 ounce coffee liqueur
- whipped cream
- Layer in a shot glass in the order above.
- Top with Whipped Cream.
just a tip for layering a shot you can use a spoon and pour it slow over the spoon . i pour against the side of the glass to make the layers
This makes a really sweet shot. Don't skip the whipped cream - it really adds to the banana split flavor. I made a mistake and put the banana, then the noyaux then the coffee liqueur which resulted in great flavor but no layers. I'll have to try this one again- but in the reverse order. Thanks Chef V. mmmmmmmm too easy to drink :) Will do that again. Cause my layers were not perfect. I'll have to practice on that. Made for ZWT 3
