Banana Split Sausages

"This is more a presentation idea than a new recipe, but it is esentially what it sounds like!"

• Serves: 2

ingredients

• 2 sausages
• 3 potatoes, mashed however you like them
• 1 carrot, finely diced
• 1 cup broccoli, finely diced
• 1⁄2 cup gravy

directions

1. Cook sausages.
2. Cook finely diced veg (sprinkles).
3. Prepare mash and gravy.
4. Slice sausages longways like you would a banana for banana split.
5. Using icecream scoop, place 2 balls of mash on sausages.
6. Sprinkle with diced veg.
7. Drizzle with gravy.
