    Cadillacgirl's Note:

I was obsessed for a while with frozen bananas, and this is one of the ones I came up with! Takes like a banana split on on a stick! I've also used cherry yogurt...

    Ingredients:

    Servings:

    Units: US | Metric

    • 5 bananas , ripe
    • 2 cups strawberry yogurt (I like low fat Activia)
    • 1 cup mini chocolate chip (I prefer semi-sweet)
    • 10 wooden popsicle sticks
    • 10 squares plastic wrap

    Directions:

    1. 1
Cut each banana in half crosswise and put a stick in each half.
    2. 2
Cover it completely with the yogurt (I just dunk it in the container and use a butter knife to even it out.).
    3. 3
Put mini chocolate chips on a plate and press them into the banana.
    4. 4
Place the covered banana on the middle of the square of plastic wrap, fold over the top, then the sides, and twist on the bottom around the stick!
    5. 5
Put in your freezer overnight and then eat!
