Start your day with this healthy and delicious and effortless Banana smoothie which is flavoured with a dash of nutmeg powder..
- 3 medium sized riped bananas
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1 pinch of ground ground nutmeg
- 1 cup ice cube
- 1⁄4 cup oats
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 3⁄4 teaspoon vanilla essence
- Chop up bananas.
- Place all Ingredients in a blender.
- Blend on high speed for 30 seconds or until everything is smooth.
- Pour this Banana Smoothie in to long glasses and have it immediately or chilled.
