ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1⁄2 cup low-fat milk (or soy, or low-fat plain or vanilla yogurt)
- 1 cup crushed ice
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
- 1 teaspoon flax seed
directions
- place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth.
- pour into a tall glass and serve.

I am still in college but I love cooking. Since my school requires a meal plan, I have yet to really experience cooking meals on my own. I love the idea behind recipezaar and can not wait to utilize it to its full capability. For now, I use it for the occasional meal and different dessert ideas.
