This recipe is delicious because it is natural and has the delicious taste of banana


  1. Peel bananas, and chop into about 5 pieces. In a blender, blend the bananas, the milk and ice-cream. After all blended, add honey and mix again. Serve in tall glasses and enjoy!

This is sweet and delicious, more like a shake than a smoothie! I loved the taste, but I think I'll use yogurt or half yogurt and half ice cream next time to make it seem more like a smoothie. Thanks for sharing!
