- Put bananas and skim milk into blender.
- Blend for a couple seconds.
- Add five ice cubes.
- Blend until ice cubes have been chopped up a little.
- Add the rest of the ice cubes.
- Blend until smooth.
I'll have to try this again using a really ripe banana. The one I used was still firm, so the banana flavor was dull. I compensated by adding some banana creme yogurt and a little vanilla extract.

How easy is this! I used only 5 ice cubes and also added a little Splenda. The flavor was rich, creamy and delicious. The kids loved it too.
