This is a new recipe I just tried and I love it! If you are a fan of bananas you will love this, I enjoy bananas but I'm not a fan yet I really do enjoy this. You can use skim milk and replace the ice cream with yogurt for fewer calories.
- Combine all ingredients in blender.
- Process until smooth.
Made for PAC, Spring 07 ~ Made this one just for myself the morning & it was GREAT! I used reduced fat milk & low fat vanilla yogurt because that was handy, but will definitely try the recipe as is another time! Thanks for the great post!
