Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Peel and slice bananas and onion.
  2. Heat the oil in frying pan and saute the onion until clear (about 5 minutes).
  3. Add the curry powder and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add the bananas and vinegar and cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Stir in sultanas and place in serving dish.
  7. Leave until cold and garnish with cilantro.
