I love smoothies for breakfast and this one has some of my favorite ingredients. I added ground flax seed (can't detect between those and the raspberry seeds) and omitted the sugar. Just a great start to the day. Made for ZWT 7

Yummy! I didn't freeze my fruit, just added in a couple ice cubes... I used vanilla almond milk and plain yogurt. Thanks!

I used frozen and fresh raspberries and raspberry Kefir for the yogurt. Very yummy. Made for DS (3). Made for ZWT7 for Saucy Silverados.
