ingredients
- 4.92 4.92 ml ghee or 4.92 ml canola oil
- 7.39 ml cumin seeds
- 1.23 ml cardamom seed
- 1.23 ml ground coriander
- 1.23 ml cayenne pepper
- 473.18 ml ripe bananas, mashed
- 473.18 ml nonfat plain yogurt
directions
- Melt butter in a skillet over low heat.
- Lightly crush spices together with a mortar and add to the butter, stir until fragrant.
- Stir in bananas and remove from heat.
- Stir in the yogurt and transfer to a serving dish.
- Chill well in the refrigerator before serving.
