  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Measure first 6 ingredients into a bowl and mix.
  • In a separate bowl, mash bananas and add oil, milk and vanilla.
  • Add wet ingredients into dry and mix lightly.
  • Fold in raisins.
  • Fill muffin cup liners 2/3 full and sprinkle with Turbinado sugar.
  • Bake 15 - 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Remove from pan to cool.
  • Enjoy!
