ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3⁄4 cup whole wheat flour
- 3⁄4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1⁄4 cup oil
- 1⁄3 - 1⁄2 cup milk
- 2 bananas, Ripe
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1⁄3 cup raisins
- turbinado sugar
directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Measure first 6 ingredients into a bowl and mix.
- In a separate bowl, mash bananas and add oil, milk and vanilla.
- Add wet ingredients into dry and mix lightly.
- Fold in raisins.
- Fill muffin cup liners 2/3 full and sprinkle with Turbinado sugar.
- Bake 15 - 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from pan to cool.
- Enjoy!
