Wanted to use up some bananas that were getting overripe and thought my one year old would like this with breakfast. He did! I didn't try it myself as I'm not big on banana flavored things and I also don't drink milk much either, so I figured I wouldn't like it. Thanks for the idea.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 12 cups soymilk (I use regular skim milk as it doesn't bother my IBS) or 1 12 cups rice milk (I use regular skim milk as it doesn't bother my IBS)
  • 1 banana, ripe (I slice and freeze first)
  • 34 tablespoon peanut butter

Directions

  1. Blend all in blender or magic bullet until smooth.
  2. Enjoy!
