  2. I needed a quick smoothie for breakfast this morning, so didn't have time to freeze the yogurt. This is a delicious smoothie! I love how the brown sugar and banana really mellows the flavor of the pineapple. This drink is smooth and the taste is wonderful! Thanks, Bev~

  3. I didn't have time to freeze the yogart...but it turned out great anyways. I used the greek sytle - fat free yogart. I also added a 1/2 cup of frozen mango/pineapple and a scoop of whey protein. (I only used one Tablespoon of brwn sugar also)

  4. I never thought about freezing the yogurt before using. What a great idea. I've fixed this for the last 3 mornings. I don't like mine real sweet so I omitted the sugar. Thanks for a great, healthy recipe!

  5. Very nice and tasty. I used crushed pineapple mixed with some of the juice instead of straight juice. The brown sugar was a sugar substitute blend and the yogurt was my homemade yogurt which is very thick. The banana was frozen. A great addition to my list of morning smoothies.
