- 5 tablespoons natural-style peanut butter
- 1 banana
- 1 1⁄2 scoops powdered soy protein concentrate
- 1 cup soymilk
- 1 1⁄2 cups ice
- Liquefy all ingredients in blender.

very good workout shake, i didn't use the powdered concentrate or soy milk, i used lowfat milk still really good.
