Made with insanely overripe bananas, these pancakes are easy to make and delicious! Tip: Once your bananas have black skin, peel them and place the flesh in a sealed container. refrigerate for a few days, then use! Remember composted banana peels really enrich your garden soil!


  1. Blend all ingredients. Allow batter to rest, while skillet is heating.
  2. Pour in 3 to 4" pancakes.
  3. Turn when edges are slightly dry and bubbles stop forming.
  4. Serve w/ warm maple syrup!
