  • 2 medium bananas
  • 6 ounces orange juice, frozen concentrate unsweetened
  • 12 cup nonfat dry milk powder
  • 12 cup water
  • 1 cup yogurt, low-fat

  • Peel and slice bananas.
  • Put into a blender or food processor.
  • Add remaining ingredients.
  • Cover and blend until foamy.
  • Pour into small paper cups and freeze.
  • To eat, squeeze bottom of cup.
