This is perfect in the mornings, it's got a great taste to it
- 1 banana
- 2 slices bread, toasted, your choice all work well
- toast the bread.
- spread with banana, not in chunks, actually spread with knife.
- and now eat it.
If you're not worried about calories add some butter when heating through, and maybe a dash of milk - mum used to make this when a kid - YUM!! or, a bit of cinnamon and fromage frais or yogurt is also a treat :)
Mash the bana first - yum. Also good is the whole peeled banana thrown in a hot dog bun.
