  • 1 banana
  • 2 slices bread, toasted, your choice all work well

Directions

  1. toast the bread.
  2. spread with banana, not in chunks, actually spread with knife.
  3. and now eat it.

If you're not worried about calories add some butter when heating through, and maybe a dash of milk - mum used to make this when a kid - YUM!! or, a bit of cinnamon and fromage frais or yogurt is also a treat :)
