A healthy smoothie and a quick breakfast. Sounds kind of gross but tastes really good!
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 medium banana, coarsely chopped
- 1 (36 g) package quick-cooking oatmeal
- 3 -4 ice cubes
- Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
This was pretty good. The oatmeal kind of gives it a "grainy" texture, which is weird...but it still tasted good.
This was really good. I made it as directed only used whole milk. Yumm
