    Ingredients:

    Directions:

      Preheat oven at 350°F.

      Butter 12 muffin cups.
    3. 3
      In first bowl combine yogourt and baking soda.
    4. 4
      In second bowl, mix flour, baking powder and salt.
    5. 5
      In third bowl, mix brown sugar, egg and oil. Mix this mixture to the dry ingredients in small quantities, alternating with yogourt.
    6. 6
      Add vanilla extract, bananas, nuts and bran mix together until incorporated. Fill muffin cups, cook for 35 minutes.
