Good cookies! I am cooking up a bunch of over ripe bananas this week and this recipe was just the ticket today! I added craisins (dried cranberries) and flaked almonds. Next time I will probably make my drops a bit bigger as they didn't flatten out as some drop cookies do. At 400 the temp was too high for my oven cooking on the middle shelf, the bottoms overcooked before the tops where golden. So I turned it down.
My family and I really enjoyed these cookies. They were very moist, and went great with tea. I think that next time I make these cookies I would add in a little bit more of the spices!! Thanks for the great recipe.
