Got this recipe from Everyday Food. It is so simple and tastes so good. It's like liquid oatmeal. The Cinnamon gives a nice finishing touch. Great way to start your day!!

I made this for breakfast today instead of my daily regular rice chex + banana. I used a frozen banana to make it a little colder and soy milk. It was pretty good, but I'm not sure if it'll supplant my regular breakfast. If I make it again, I'll try brown sugar instead of honey. Cinnamon and brown sugar always go together well. It was a pain to get all of the smoothie out of the blender because it was so thick.
