These were not good. I followed the recipe using the oats and the extra 1/2 cup of flour instead of the whey protein. The batter was too thick, so I added a little more milk, but they still turned out like hockey pucks - and they didn't taste good, either.

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine all ingredients. Do not overmix.
  3. Grease muffin tray and if desired, crumble additional brown sugar on top of muffins.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
